1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YADY, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using YADY, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4Platform Use
YADY connects businesses ('Clients') with skilled professionals ('Workers'). We facilitate introductions but are not a party to any agreement between Clients and Workers. All engagements are solely between the two parties.
5Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the platform, submit false information, engage in fraudulent activity, harass other users, attempt to bypass our systems, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6Intellectual Property
The YADY name, logo, design, and content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7Limitation of Liability
YADY is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between Clients and Workers.
8Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
